2004 Highlights (Sophomore):
-10th at the NCAA Championships with a throw of 63.02m (206'09").
-11th at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships with a throw of 58.52m (192'00").
-5th at the Big Ten Championships with a throw of 59.85m (196'04").

2003 Highlights (Freshman):
-3rd at the USATF Junior National Championships in the hammer (6 kg) with a throw of 64.68m (212'02").
-10th at the NCAA West Regional Championships with a throw of 58.03m (190'05").
-7th at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with a throw of 59.74m (196'00").

High School Highlights:
-Graduated from Milford High School in Milford, New Hampshire. He ranked 3rd in the nation for the 12# hammer throw. Had personal bests of 212'10" (12#) and 172'11" (16#). Set New Hampshire state records in the Hammer Throw, Weight Throw, and Shot Put. Adam also won the adidas Outdoor Championships and placed 3rd at the USATF Junior National Championships.
